DISTRICT 34 TO HOST COMMUNITY FORUM TO MEET SUPERINTENDENT CANDIDATES

After receiving a number of applications, the District 34 Board of Education has identified three finalists for the Superintendent vacancy in Antioch District 34.

On Saturday morning, January 11 from 9-11 am, a community forum is scheduled at W.C. Petty (850 Highview Drive in Antioch), to give all in attendance a chance to meet two of the three candidates (the third cannot attend on Saturday) and spend an hour with each and ask questions and participate in a dialogue with them and again provide feedback to the Board.  The candidates will be assigned a room and the attendees, split into two groups, will rotate to the other room after an hour.  ALL IN THE D34 COMMUNITY ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT FORUM!

PLEASE R.S.V.P. YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE COMMUNITY FORUM NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH BY 11:00 A.M. TO KATHY HOGAN AT KHOGAN@ANTIOCH34.COM OR CALL 847-838-8481.

Following these sessions, the Board will be meeting to consider all input, and hope to announce a new Superintendent at the Board Meeting on January 21, 2020.

Thank you for your involvement with this process and your commitment to D34.  Please contact me at any time if you have questions or need more information.

Thank you,

John Correll, Co-Interim Superintendent
