Kindergarten
Children who turn 5 years old on or before September 1st are eligible for Kindergarten for the upcoming school year.
Kindergarten Screenings
All incoming Kindergarten students must be screened prior to the first day of school. Upon completion of registration and the submission of all required forms, families will be contacted by their child's school to schedule a screening appointment.
Health Requirements
State of Illinois Physical Forms and proof of immunizations MUST be turned in prior to October 15th for all Kindergarten students. Students who do not have all of the required forms on file will be unable to attend school after that date until all required forms have been submitted.
