Preschool ServicesAntioch District 34 participates in the Illinois State Board of Education Prevention Initiative for children 0-3 years of age. Infants and toddlers may be screened for program eligibility by contacting the Hillcrest Birth-to-Three Program Coordinator at 847-838-8401.
Preschool children ages 3-5, who are not yet of kindergarten age, may participate in a developmental screening in order to determine possible special education needs or for eligibility in the state-funded Preschool For All at-risk program. The developmental screening includes a parent interview, vision and hearing screening and activities in the areas of motor, concepts and speech/language skill development.
